Better instructions needed
Pros: solid feel and operation
Cons: vague instructions
"The faucet itself is a very good buy even at twice the price. The problem is the install instructions are too vague. I've replaced a few sinks over the years. It was this experience that led to a problem free install, not the instructions. That said, the unit is surprisingly well made and so far (3 months) problem free for this pricepoint."

Good product! installation instructions not enough
"This is good product for this price. I have seen many leakage complaints on this product and seen it myself between nozzle and the spring pipe. There is washer between nozzle and pipe and if you do NOT align this washer properly...there will be leakage in that area. Maybe design could be better for this washer to align itself but till then...an extra piece of instruction should be added in packaging as an alert.
Not robust design with missing instructions on how to avoid leaking is making me give 4 starts. This product will run good if installed good and washers are aligned properly."

Only OK
Cons: leaks cheaply made poor quality
"The faucet looked ok, but it is noticeable that the quality is marginal. It leaked from a few different places right from the beginning. It was also not stable even when mounted properly. I also did not like how you had to continually hold the button on the pull-out head down to get a spray. There is a similarly styled faucet in the warehouse for the same price that is of much better quality and value...much more worth it than this particular faucet."

Best faucet I ever get from online
"Never realize such medium price faucet could be so nice, not only good looking but very stable and firm,. high quality . According to product, they are all 100% tested before out of factory, no need to say its made of quality material. I am staying in deluxe apartments everywhere... This faucet is one of the best , no leaking, no other issues for me..."

"absolute junk! mounting bolt is to one side so when tightened properly the faucet leans to one side. very poor design. bolt should be pulling even on the entire diameter of the base not just 25% of it. unfortunate the time I have wasted and now must return. frustrated."

Nice look, cheaply made
"The seal between the head and the hose as failed in 36 hours.
The head doesnt also deliver full water pressure like some other product. Nice looking but the head area is really cheap and not meant to last. Doesnt sell for cheap and that is what it worth as it is cheaply made."
