Poor Ingniter
Pros: nice heat looks good
Cons: large for a small patio igniter works 25% of time
"When the igniter works the heater is amazing but we have had nothing but trouble getting it to light. There is also one section that does not seem to heat as evenly as the rest of the heater. I am contacting the manufacturer tomorrow to see what they recommend and I'll go from there."

Nice unit
"Very stylish unit with good quality aluminum.
Easy enough to put together - about 45 min.
Simple to light and start. Realy warms the area quickly on high and maintains a nice temp when lowered.
