Perfect to keep cool while exercising

Pros: powerful even on lowest setting
Cons: little noisy
"My wife and I love it. We bought this model after accidentaly breaking 2 floor-stand models that we kept knocking over. We use it to keep us cool while using the tread mill. It does a terrific job, and you can angle it up towards you. The stainless steal looks great and fits in well in our excercise room. It's very powerful, and we've never had to use anything above the lowest setting. It is louder than a typical fan for homes, but no louder than than our treadmill so it doesn't matter to us. If I ever had to air dry a room, this fan would be ideal. I'm even thinking of using it this summer outside on the patio to keep cool."

Nice Looking; Loud but Effective

Pros: good looks, three settings
Cons: very loud on lowest setting, bulky
"We ordered this fan to cool down our home without using the AC as much. It is a nice looking fan, very industrial, intended for workshops. As a result even at LOW this fan is loud, makes conversation difficult. I like it but in our new home it will be working out of the garage so we can hear ourselves indoors!"
