Pros: heats up quickly, auto- turn off, signals when hot, works well

"I bought this flat iron not knowing much about the brand but bought it based on the reviews here. I was used to my old 2" flat iron and thought this one may be a bit narrow for me. I have curly, thick hair and I was amazed when I first tried it! It heated up much faster than my old one and stayed hot. It straightens my hair in only one pass which I was impressed with! It also curls well."

Awesome straightener***professional quality & safe
Pros: half the cost of anywhere else, safety feature(will shut off after 30 min), heats up in 30 sec to 400 degrees, works awesome
Cons: nothing
"This is an awesome straightener I bought a knock off for the same price and this is the real McCoy. Buy this straightener you won't be disappointed. I love the safety feature as I am sometimes a scatterbrained mom and leave it on."

Slick and light weight
Pros: one setting of heat makes it easy to operate, light weight, turns off automatically
"I love the one setting of heat. It beeps when it's ready to use. Curling with it, is really easy. It leaves a nice smooth finish on my hair. I bought one in the past, different brand, and it's not even close to be good like this one."

"I have a T3 straightner and its lasted a long time so I was looking to replace it with a new one but this one just doesnt cut it. I have straight hair already but I found that I'd rather spend $20 more for one thats super top of the line."

"i have coarse black hair and i used to use a con air flat iron which was perfect if you want to break loads of hair while straightening, this ghd flat iron has changed my life, i would strongly recommend it to anyone"

SO great
"I had no idea what I was missing! I have thick, curly, unruly hair. I had another flat iron and never used it because it didn't do the job. The GHD gets very hot, does the job in no time and makes my hair shiny and amazing. The GHD is an expensive flat iron everywhere else - SUCH a good buy."
