Goccia – Imported Wood Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic Vinegar
This balsamic vinegar is ideal for salads, raw vegetable dips, rice dishes, cooked meats and sauces. Gives a unique added taste to fruit salads and gelato, and is perfect with cheese. Its aroma has a penetrating fragrance with pleasant acidity and characteristic bouquet in relation to the type of wood of the barrels, soft and delicate fragrance. As for its flavour, it’s harmonious sweet and acidic, rich and full acidity in harmony with the organoleptic characteristics.

Fantastic !
"The flavour is very smooth compared to the "bitter" balsamics that are out there. You can use it on everything, but the best on salads. We also combine vinegars to create new sublte flavour so don't be afraid to mix it up. Congratulations Costco for another great product. Please, never run out of it!!"

The best I've ever tried
"I used up a bottle my sister gave me for Christmas last year and tried a few others but they were horrible in comparison. I was thrilled to find I could order more on line. I don't ever want to be without it again! We eat way more salads now with just a little olive oil and this balsamic drizzled over. And it's really yummy drizzled over grilled vegetables. It is thicker than most other balsamic vinegars i've tried with a sweetness that is just enough to make it not too 'vinegary'. With other balsamic vinegars, I find i often have to add a pinch of sugar to cut the harshness. Not with this one. The dropper really restricts the flow of the vinegar so you won't ever accidentally add too much."

good price for excellent quality
"Thank you Costco for bringing this product in Canada! I love Goccia for it's rich taste and consistency. I need just couple drops of Goccia to bring a new twist to any salad dressing. My kitchen looks sad without Goccia."
