They are now proud to offer you three of these extraordinary blends in easy to melt drops. Eat them right out of the bag, melt them for fondues or use them in baking.

great value, great quality
Pros: great quality - as good as callbeaut, great value
Cons: the pastilles are bigger than callets or chips, not a real con but thats a lot of chocolate!
"At first, I hesistated, as I have familliarity with the Callebaut blocks, but wanted to ease of using the pastilles, instead of chopping chocolate and dealing with the dust. In the end, I was relieved as the quality of this product is very high and as good as Callebaut. The pastilles are larger than callets or chocolate chips, and are about 0.1oz weight for each pastille. we use a lot of chocolate at our house...we regularly make: chocolate lollies, cookies and cakes. this has been a great way to get great quality chocolate into our home at a fair price. If you are having issues with liquidity, I suggest you take the time to temper the product properly. we had great success with how the chocolate set up. The kids love these pastilles on their own, as a treat - just one or two is a great reward or snack with fruit"

Not what I wanted
Pros: tastes great
Cons: only ok if you want liquid chocolate.
"Wanted to make chocolates with this. After melting, it never really set, stayed very soft even after putting it in the fridge."

good chocolate
Pros: same as callebaut chocolate and less expensive
Cons: callets are bigger than size of chocolate chips
"We compared this chocolate to the Callebaut chocolate we normally buy and found the two to be virtually identical. I have not yet melted it to make chocolates but it does appear to be the same as Callebaut and much less expensive than the Callebaut callets."
