"After hauling my new Timber wolf by Napoleon wooding stove out to the lake last weekend, I was missing the knob off the door and the ash tray cover. I called the Napoleon phone number only to be told I have to have the serial number off the stove, another trip to the lake to get it. I would not recombined this stove if missing parts are this hard to be replaced."
