"I cannot believe Costco still sell this garbage ! The fan is weak and if you try to boil water on the stove, the microwave becomes wet from the steam that is not removed and then it goes crazy ! Turns on and off by itself !
When cooking is finished, it buzzes non-stop until you go and open the door.
I brought it back and bought the Panasonic over the range Microwave. At the time it was not available at Costco, I am pleased to see that it is now!"

looks nice... but....

"I'll never understand why people give neg reviews based on a product damaged through shipping... it's costco people return it! no questions asked...
now for the review:
we shopped around for over the range microwaves and our budget was tight so this fit our needs perfectly..
it is beautiful and the setup was pretty straight forward if you follow instructions carefully.
however, one thing I cannot stand about this unit and I thought I would share:
when it's finished heating your food, it beeps three looooooong and continuous beeps... I'm not exagarating.. very long and very very annoying. Nothing seems to shut it up even if you open the door, press stop, or whatever... The only way to get around this annoying beep is to stop the microwave BEFORE the time runs out.. had I known this before i would not have bought it and I'm too lazy to take it down and return it... so if you can live with the annoying sound of three long consecutive beeps then this unit is fine."

"My frigidaire over the range microwave is not even 3 years old, and it no longer turns off. When the door is closed, it runs continuously. After searching online, it appears many others are having the same issue!"

Arrived damaged in box.
"I have to agree with the other poor review on this product. Though the box appeared undamaged, when I removed the unit from the box I discovered a dent in the side and the door out of alignment. Though the fan worked, with not much volume, the microwave did not run; probably due to the misaligned door."

Bad Purchase
"I ordered this microwave twice. The first order was dented in two places on arrival . These dents did not appear to be the result of shipping as the carton was not damaged. The replacement unit arrived with a very noticeable scratch on the face of the stainless door which again did not appear to be shipping damage. After two tries I gave up without ever trying the microwave. I bought a Samsung at a local dealer."

"I like it and it doesn't matter to me that the sides are not stainless steel. It still looks great and works well.
I would of given it a 5 star but I find that it's annoying that it has to beep 3 times whenever the timer goes off.

Nice appliance
"Love the look. The microwave is not flush to the sides and bottom of standard size cabinets by about an inch or so. The black paint fits with my dark cabinets but could be an issue with white cabinets. Agree with one of the posts that it would be nice with stainless sides and bottom but this works for me."

"Happy with the product. Works great. The sides are not stainless as it is made to installed Over The Range and the side would not be vissable. Previous one purchased, different namebrand was a lemon, it only lasted 20 hours. Had this one for over a month and works great."
