Work great.
Pros: fast, great range
Cons: runs a little hot.
"This router installed quickly and was up and running in no time. The range is excellent and the speed it very decent. One small complaint is that it seems to run very hot. Setting it up off the desk or on it edge seems to fix this quite nicely though. A great router for the money."

Very reliable product
"The product is performing as advertised. I have numerous devices hooked up on it on different platforms and they all connect just fine. The unit is functionning since 4 months now and I have not yet experienced a problem. The only issue I had was with my Wii that needed me to change the n channel to 11 instead of 6 I had it on. Other than that it is a beauty. The LEDs are a little on the bright side, but mine is in a place that nobody sees it, so no complain as to that. And what a difference it makes the Gygabite wired connection. I can stream videos between computers on the network without a hic. I had made a good choice with this on. PS Forgot to mention . I had changed from a Linksys WRT54GC. Drastic change."

Review 4 for Cisco® Linksys® E3000 High-performance Wireless-N Router
Pros: linksys is a standard in routers, shared storage/ftp, media server, parental control, better wireless coverage, guest network
Cons: usb 2.0 only for network drive
"When comes to routers, I always recommend Linksys to be used. The main reason is that Linksys is the standard and you have the lowest chances of having issues connecting any device because all manufacturers are testing with Linksys. It is true that is the most expensive and based on my past experiences is not 100% reliable either but as technology changes every 4-5 years you are not going to buy it for life. I cannot say anything about the connecting software as I always manually configure the router. This router allows you attaching an external HD through a USB (unfortunately only 2.0) port which can be used as a shared storage over the network and/or as a FTP site. You also can have a second wireless network for guests (this one should be enabled only when you have guests using your connection otherwise is like having an open connection even if separated from your own). Important is the parental control too, even if it is not as complex as the one available on Windows 7. The wireless coverage seems to be better than the previous one I had (WRT320N). It also includes an UPnP Media Server (similar to model E4200)."

So far so good
"Setup was very easy using the installation CD. I was able to modify all the advanced settings easily and connect my 2 PCs, 1 Mac, 2 iPhones and iPad with no problems. Network is discoverable and is reliable so far. Streaming HD media is faster and sharing storage via the built-in USB slot is a bonus!"

Strong Product, No issues to date
"Upgraded from a very old Linksys router to this one. Software that comes with unit makes for simple setups. Unit has been running for months with no problems. The software is incredibly easy to use. Just follow simple steps to get things running. Setup password protected guest wireless accounts on your system for your house guests easy as pie.
I have an XP desktop, Vista laptop, 2 Windows 7 laptops, network printer, ipod, PS3 and android phone all connected on first try. After 10 min initial setup, all other devices connected within 30 min.
A picture of speed and stability thus far compared to my old Linksys. Should have upgraded long ago..."

Review 7 for Cisco® Linksys® E3000 High-performance Wireless-N Router
"Really easy to connect and install. Forget it when you try to connect anything else. Could not connect a Kindle. Could not locate the network even though it was up and running. Same when I tried to connect my Ipod. Wasted two hours and I didn't even try to connect the other computers. Had enough."
