Great rower

" I love this rower. I am a runner and sprained my ankle. This was the only exercise I could do for 6 weeks. I went from running 40 miles a wk to rowing 60 minutes a day and I actually lost 1lb a week rowing. Great machine. "

great machine

Pros: great quality great workout
" I've had my machine for a couple of weeks now. Overall, it is an excellent workout and a quality product. The harder and faster you row, the tougher the workout - you really do get out of it what you put into it! The machine was relatively easy to assemble and we've had no problems with it. It did come in two separate shipments, as others have mentioned, but only a day apart. I am pleased with the purchase. "

Good rower for the price

Pros: quiet, decent resistance
Cons: quality control might be a bit lacking
" Overall, its a good rower but a few things to look out for I guess. My unit came with a few of the small bolts that go around the water container housing overtightened so there are hairline cracks where the bolts are. This may not be an issue but I'll call the support for the product. Mine also had some kind of mystery rubber grommet rolling around inside the water housing that didnt look like it can be attached to anything inside. Managed to get it out and the unit is working but I will call support about that too.
Other than that, the resistance is just fine and its quiet and the sound of water is soothing. "

Excellent Equipment, Great Price.

Pros: good machine for the price, smooth pull, progressive resistance!
Cons: assembly instructions, no distance traveled reading
" I'll start off by saying I have no clue what the other gentleman is talking about. If you actually fill the tank with at least 10 liters of water, you get average resistance, fill it to 15 liters or so and it's easily as heavy as the air rowers I'm used to and the pull is smooth. If you under fill the tank, the resistance is very low, try to shoot for about 2cm below the center seal as a starting point :) It's also nice that it stores upright very easily.
I'm a fairly athletic guy who can't get his usual 20km-30km a day bike ride during the winter, so this is a nice and fairly inexpensive workout that also targets my arms, stomach and upper back. Also like how water actually works against you; the harder I pull, the more resistance I get.
My biggest complaints are with the instructions for assembly, as it listed the wrong type of washer for adding the rear seat post, but easily corrected if you know your equipment (The M10 split washer needs to be used on the rear post, not a flat washer). The only other thing that bothers me is the computer lacks a distance traveled feature. Not really vital, but it'd be a nice feature. "

Very little resistance

" Got this machine, tried it and here what I found.
The construction of the machine is of a good quality and solid. But the machine it self and the workout is absolutely not worth it.
The resistance at the max is very easy to do and I could go for an hour strait and not get tired.
If you are looking for just to go forth and back on a stool then this machine is for you.

Awesome so far!

" So far so good. Packaged well, easy to put together even when your impatient and can't wait for your husband to get home to do it. All assembly tools provided. Well made, seat glides smoothly. Easy to fill. Gives you a great workout. Quiet. Monitor is ok, just wish it could show you time, cal burned and strokes all at once instead of scrolling through them. Can be stored upright if space allows. Easy to manoeuvre around if required. Overall great product to add to the home gym. Well worth the buy. "
