I really wanted to like it

Pros: looks sharp, sturdily built, attaches to 1 1/4' or 2' hitches
Cons: very jiggly when attached, need to remove bikes to access rear door
" What I liked about this rack was the sturdy feel of the parts. The bright red pegs made this rack stand out. The assembly instructions were not clear, took a few attempts to get it right. The main dislike was the hitch pin. Unlike many other racks which uses a bolt, using a pin left too much play at the hitch. Although sturdy, I worried about all that shifting around. "

great item

Pros: light bright colours easy to use
" I love this bike rack. This rack is perfect for my Toyota 4 Runner. The bright colours make it easy to see so you remember its on. It's easy to put on and off - I don't like driving around with a rack on if I don't have too. It's light enough for me to put on myself. We have a bike rack ment for 4 bikes but its too heavy and bulky for day to day use. It's very easy to use, lots of adjustment with no tools necessary plus it hooks onto the wheels - not the frame "

Poor Design

Pros: looks sharp, okay if you have a truck or vehicle that's higher
Cons: too low and bike bottoms out on speed bumps., wobbly, protrudes from car very far
" Unfortunately this rack is a very poor design. The rack is wobbly, and there is no way of tightening it, without a special screwdriver, which is not included. Also, on my mid size sedan, mountain bike hits the ground when going over speed bumps, or in/out of my driveway. It almost ruined my very expensive and brand new bike. Even on the highest setting this happened. The top height and bottom height cannot be used. "
