Incredible, get one now!
Pros: everything! read the review!
Cons: the only con is you have to have a 20 amp socket
"I have written this fairly long review to give you the info you need to make a decision. First of all, this is an incredible sauna at an incredible price from an incredible supplier. Here's why: I contacted the manufacturer before I bought the sauna and they responded with terrific detail and professionalism. I went ahead and ordered, then they called me to explain the delivery process. The delivery was perfect; very fast, on time, 100% parts were there, no stress at all.
It took 2 of us about 90 minutes to unpack the sauna and carry all the pieces to the desired location. Some of the pieces are pretty heavy. Assembly was a piece of cake; it took around 45 minutes as they advertise. What I loved was the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and great engineering. Everything fitted first time, and the quality felt great. In terms of the quality of build, and assembly, I would give it 100%.
When you look at the complexity of the build and the wiring / heaters, a lot could go wrong, but ours was 100% perfect which I believe is testament to the testing and delivery standards of the supplier.
This particular sauna has a semi-frosted door, which gives a little more privacy, and side glass panels which we like. It has an amp so that you can plug any MP3 player in, which is a really nice touch, and the sound quality is great. They even provided the cable. It comes with 2 backrests. There are more heater panels than they needed to put in there, another sign of the build quality. The control panel is accessible inside and out, and is really easy to use. Above all, it is a TERRIFIC sauna, simply amazing. Better than I had hoped for.
It is very roomy for 2 people, and you can squeeze 3 people in there if you want to. If it's for one person, he/she can stretch out on the bench by lying down (with their back up or knees up).
I found comparable saunas in high-end outlets for $1200 more than this one, so hats off to Costco and the manufacturer for delivering such a high quality sauna for such a competitive price.
Honestly, if our experience is anything to go by, you will be delighted.
One comment; you MUST have a 20 Amp outlet, do not expect to simply plug this into a regular outlet. So expect to pay an electrician to put a dedicated socket in for you. But it's worth it ;-)"

Pros: windows on the side are a nice feature, mp3 jack
"yes, it does go together easily and 2 people can handle it in an hour or so. DO read the instructions first and dont assume those 4 small pieces of wood are "spares" or extra packing materials.
Everything worked right out of the box and my wife and I have really enjoyed the first couple of uses."

Sauna Purchase
Pros: no delivery damage
Cons: lots of delivery materials to deal with
"Easy to assmble but you do need 2 people.
Call your electrician a head of time.
The Size is just right... for 2 adults with out felling confined. It does comewith 2 back rests and a small Ipod shelf.
There is no stero unlike many of the models."

So glad I did it!!
Cons: didn't come with a back rest.
"VERY satisfied with this sauna. Unless you've put one together before - you might allow a little more than the hour for assembly - but two of us put it up without difficulty. During freezing winters in Alberta - this is one of my best purchases ever. Every home in this province should have one."
