Exceeds expectations

Pros: oven racks excellent, controls well calibrated, very fast burners, very quiet, no expensive electronics or switches to fail, priced below many gadget ridden ineffective stoves
" Product arrived within 3 days of ordering and for a small consideration was deposited in a very convenient place in readiness for installation. So far I have baked 10 one pound loaves of bread in a single bake. The convection feature of the oven is great. The surface burners are much more powerful than my previous gas stove yet the simmer was very low and dependable. I found the stove to be sturdy attractive and quiet "

Pros: solid and nice looking
Cons: curb side delivery only no in home delivery, had smal area of corrosion under the heavy plastic

Amazing Value!

Pros: excellent value, solid construction, top quality components eg. german made top burners, attractive minimalist design, straight forward installation, all burners top & oven operate perfectly
Cons: heavy to maneuver, curbside delivery only
" We waited several months for this range to reappear on the website, and are not disappointed we waited. Delivery took only a few days after order was placed. The build quality is very robust. Delivery is curb side only so be sure to have helping hands to move this very solid heavy range into your home. All of the polishing of the stainless may not be up to standards of other similar "professional" style ranges but the value pricing of this one drew us to it for our new home's kitchen. It fits in beautifully with the rest of our stainless appliances. It cooks very well according to my wife. The top burners are excellent and the oven temp is right on once the convection fan is turned on. Since there is very little to go wrong (no digital timer(s), meat probes, self-cleaning cycles, etc.) we are looking forward to many many years of trouble free "professional" style cooking on this NXR range. "

Pros: 15000 x 4 burners with simmer!, solid and built like a tank, parts easily reachable and replaceable
Cons: lack of warranty options, door didn't line up after removal, should include a centre grate
" Just recv'd this product on Friday. Wasn't impressed that the shipper wouldn't drop off the unit inside the house instead of the garage. Had to take off anything that can come off in order to reduce the weight so it can be muscled into the house.
Setup was straight forward. Found the door's left side didn't line up once reinstalled and can probably be tweaked. Did notice one of the burner's control when into ignition mode when attempting to adjust the flame.
Though it is good so far what happens if something goes wrong. Asked Costco's customer service and they gave me the mfg's number. When I called they say they don't have warranty service available in Canada so if you're worried about getting warranty work done think twice before purchasing this unit unless you have alternatives to get this repaired. "

The manufacturer (Duro) has an agreement with Adco Services to outsource service calls in Canada - for English speaking members they can call Adco at (877) 639-7264 and for French speaking members
(514) 326-3097. Adco will try to resolve the issue with the member on the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved, they will dispatch an in-home service to come to your home.
