not much to do for a short 4 yo

"We purchased 3 passes at full price before we found out Costco sells them at a lower price. My 4 yo was excited and wanted to go on the slides. But we found out after we paid for the tickets that she can only go on two slides. She's a tiny 4 yo, even with her level 3 swimming she was not allow to even go on the slides in the treehouse. So she was stuck in the splash pad and the 2 small slides. She was bored after an hour and my husband was tired running up & down the slides.
I think instead of using age for pricing, they should've done it by height. My daughter is turning 5 in a month and is still under 40"."

It's fun for children, relax for adults

"It was a good place for children to play in Niagara Falls area. There were many "Las Vegas" like place where I didn't want to bring my children, and I had nice relax time while they play tubes or basket ball in a pool.
To Quebec residents; be careful, you need to make delivery address to your hotel even it will be e-ticket. Otherwise, Costco online does not accept to sell if you put your Quebec address.

Easy to buy; great indoor waterpart

"Very easy to purchase from Costco online. Delivered in minutes; does not expiry for at least 6 months and most of all - great price.
Waterpark experience for this price is not bad at all. Great addition to visitng Niagara Falls.

Good for a gettaway

"I've used this deal on two occasions and both times my family loved it (ages 2 and 4).
For the price it's a better deal than Great Wolf but my 4 year old has told me he likes "Big Bad Wolf" better (has more slides for toddlers).
Great Wolf is more like the "all inclusive" experience with room, food, and entertainment options (both wet and dry options) all within a single venue, but you end up paying extra for that.
Fallsview is a great excursion especially when you combine it with some group buy hotel rates that includes discounted food at local restaurants."

Amazing Experience!

"Great deal on these passes from Costco! The kids (11 and 9) absolutely loved it and we spent 8 hours over the course of a Saturday here. There's lots of climbing but it's worth it. There are 12 slides but 2-3 of them are pretty small (for kids under 6-8 I would say), however on the bigger tube slides you can get double tubes which made it more fun.
Have not been to Great Wolf Lodge so cannot compare it to this but given that we spent 8 hours there this was a tremendous value!"

Fantastic price and fun too

"This was a fantastic purchase from Costco.
The waterpark is a great place to spend the day. Appropriate for all ages, many lifeguards on duty, very clean and restaurant on site. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.
Have been twice to the park and will return again.

Fun was had by All

"We purchased these tickets in the summer while spending a few days at the Falls. Our children aged 4 and 6 thought they had died and gone to heaven! We played all day, but were able to leave and go back to our room for the kids to have a rest and lunch and return to the waterpark to play some more in the afternoon! The staff was very friendly. Also activities throughout the day for the kids such as limbo contests! We will be back!"

we got bored after a few hours

"We went as two adults without kids. I would rate it more of a kids waterpark and the best age would be 8-10yrs and then you would be able to play on everything there. The place was clean and nicely kept but after a few hrs we left because there is not much to do besides the eight waterslides (1 was really steep and we were too chicken to do it) and so we went to the casino below. The wave pool barely made waves, and the outdoor pool was packed. My favourite thing there was the plunge waterslide. I was kind of disappointed because it says 3 acres of waterpark but it seems small and for the price, I would have rather used it somewhere else in the falls. We plan on going to great wolf lodge next I heard it is so much better (although it costs a fortune!) Fun for a few hours but do not expect to last all day if you are going without kids! Oh and dont bring a towel...they are complimentary!:)"

Value for Money spent

Pros: value for money
"Enjoyed the visit. Was worth spending time and money. My daughters loved it so much that they did not ask for lunch until we were about to leave. Got my etickets in less than 24 hours. Great for day outing."

Fun morning for 2 yr old

"My wife and I took our (almost) 2 year old for about 3 hours in the morning (lunch and nap followed). We had a great time in the toddler area and wave pool (we had good experiences in the past with water activities, so we knew he would like it). The bigger kids play apparatus is too wild for little ones. Dad hit the big tube and speed slides and they were a hoot.
The water and air were warm -- maybe only cool just after getting out of the water. With a little one in tow, a weekday, and early start would be wise. We went on a Friday (no Canadian or American holidays), and had plenty of space and hardly any lines for the big people slides. I imagine weekends and holidays could be nuts.
We parked in the shared lot with Casino Niagara. Go to the casino (no kids), get a players card, and you will get out of the lot free at the end of the day (otherwise $15+)."

Excellent Experience!

Pros: across from the falls and attractions
"We had a great time at the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, in fact the kids can’t wait to go back! The waterpark is huge with great slides and play areas for all ages. The kids really enjoyed the slides, the plunge bowl, and standing under the tipping bucket at the Beach House. For those who don’t enjoy slides and would prefer to relax in the park(like me), the wave pool or adult only jacuzzi’s are a great spot to be. We had a great time, and didn’t experience the lack of activities for small children, as the Tiny Tot area kept our little one occupied. We also didn’t run into long lineups, it was busy but not uncomfortably so. If you are looking for an attraction in the Falls close to everything then the Waterpark is it. it’s right across from the Falls and attractions in the tourist district. There are also several hotels connected to the park through indoor walkways if you wanted to stay over. In my opinion this was a great purchase at a great value, and we will definitely be going back."

Too crowded and commercialized

"This place is too crowded and has too many restrictions. We are a family of 4: two adults, one pre-schooler and one infant. We purchased 3 tickets and went to the waterpark on Christmas day. The place was way too crowded, locker room was full shortly after it was opened at 10 am. Long lines everywhere, and any service costs extra $$$. To my disappointment, there is hardly anything for my 3 year old to play, the tidal pool was the only thing that was not too frightening to her. When she was too cold to play anymore and wanted to take a dip in the hot tub, we were told that only people 16 years and older can enter the hot tub AREA. There was ABSOLUTELY nothing that my 4 month old baby could enjoy, no kiddie pool, there is a very small splash pad, but water was too cold, and don't even THINK about taking the infant to the hot tub, she couldn't even be sitting in her car seat on the hot tub deck. And oh, no OUTSIDE floatation device is allowed, found that out when we wanted to bring a spring float to the tidal pool. Everything costs extra $$$ too, and expensive. A kiddie lunch costs over $10. Overall, beyond disappointed, it was ridiculous."
